The Eco2Wine Project will recruit 10 doctoral candidates from around the world to pursue research relevant to microbiomics and winemaking, as well as wine marketing and wine science communication. In addition to science skills, the PhD candidates trained via this project will acquire advanced skills in science communication and community engagement.
