DC 10 Katherine Rabik had the opportunity to present her research at the Sustainability Research and Innovation Africa Regional Congress in Cape Town in June 2026. Her poster was titled “Co-Producing Knowledge for Sustainable Wine – Insights from Industry-Academia Interviews” and included some preliminary findings from interviews she has been conducting with winemakers and wine scientists across the Eco2Wine project countries.
