The next 3^rd Annual meeting will take place in Cadiz, Spain, between 22-23^rd of October 2026, hosted by the UCA team. The event will include an outreach activity called ‘Ciencia con Vino y Tapas’ on 22 October 2026 at the University of Cádiz.

The event is meant to be a relaxed evening of wine, science, and conversation with researchers working on the future of sustainable winemaking. The free event will feature short talks and discussions in English and Spanish, giving the public a chance to meet the researchers and hear about the science behind the wine in their glass.
